Graphic & Interactive Media Design Specialist

As a Graphic & Interactive Media Design Specialist, you will be a key contributor to Little Canada brand’s visual presence, creating dynamic, high-impact designs across digital and physical platforms. You will work collaboratively with Marketing and cross-functional teams to elevate our brand’s identity, ensuring that all marketing materials resonate with our audience and align with our brand standards. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented designer passionate about producing visually compelling content that enhances brand engagement across various mediums.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design visually captivating, clean, and engaging marketing materials across various platforms and media, including website, social media, email newsletters, print advertising, physical signage, branded swag, videos, presentations, and more.
  2. Drive the evolution of our brand identity across all platforms by working closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing assets are visually compelling, clear, and align with our brand values.
  4. Stay informed of current design trends, tools, and best practices to consistently elevate the brand's visual impact.
  5. Be the brand champion and maintain a unified brand presence across marketing touchpoints, focusing on design precision, illustrative quality, typography, composition, and motion graphics.
  6. Scale brand guidelines and content confidently, expanding our brand reach and pushing the boundaries of our visual identity.
  7. Provide design feedback and guidance to internal teams, as well as external partners, vendors, and agencies on local and global marketing initiatives when needed.
  8. Work with cross-functional teams such as Guest Experiences, Business Development, Sponsorships and Events to creatively amplify brand moments and deliver memorable visual experiences.
  9. Embrace a growth mindset, openly seeking and incorporating feedback to enhance designs; provide constructive feedback to peers and vendors with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a brand designer, with 3-4 years in agency, in-house brand, or a combination of both settings.
  3. A portfolio showcasing a range of work, including descriptions of your role and contributions to each project.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively incorporate input from diverse stakeholders.
  5. Strong empathy, active listening, and feedback skills to provide clear, confident recommendations.
  6. Analytical and inventive mindset, adept at problem-solving and developing well-structured, impactful design solutions.
