Graphic Designer / Print Production

Job Description:
Pryntco is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our team! This is an entry-level position ideal for someone passionate about graphic design and print production, with a drive to learn and grow in the industry.

As a key member of our team, you will assist with daily operations, including:

• Graphic Design: Creating, editing and preparing designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Print Production: Operating print equipment and bindery machines to fulfill customer orders.
• Customer Interaction: Providing excellent customer service by understanding client needs and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers and the team to design and produce business cards, flyers, banners, and other print materials.
• Operate and maintain printing and bindery equipment.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards with exceptional attention to detail.
• Assist with organizing and managing production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Support general shop duties and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Basic experience in graphic design and print production (school projects, internships, or similar experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Currently studying or recently graduated from a program related to graphic design, print production, or a similar field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

• Secondary School (preferred)

• Graphic design: 1 year (required)
