DOO Studio is BRP’s Global Internal Creative and Production Studio. Composed of multidisciplinary content production experts, DOO Studio supports BRP’s portfolio of brands in the development of multi-channel content initiatives, handling creative development, production management, post-production, and digital activation.
DOO Studio is looking for a Graphic Designer reporting to the Content Adaptation Team Lead, in the DOO Studio; your role is to create multi-platform content (email marketing, web, social). This position will focus on 2 types of mandates: 1) Promotional Content and 2) other digital asset adaptation needs. You will work with a dynamic team of project coordinators and in-house creative talent. Your role is a key contributor to the organization’s vision to scale our internal creative services to provide agility and efficiency to this growing department. Your goal: create graphics and content assets that offer a consistent user experience to our customers, while focusing on execution velocity and quality.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Generate marketing and promotional graphics across a variety of channels (social paid, web banners, e-commerce pages, email marketing, etc.), with concise messaging and visual consistency across assets.
- Using tools with automation features, you will manage multiple projects and generate high volumes of assets simultaneously with ease, efficiency and deadline-consciousness.
- Efficiently create proofs and name all assets according to BRP’s naming convention, and deliver all assets as per brief.
- Work on a vast variety of projects, including template creation for promotional campaigns.
- Work efficiently in collaboration with project coordinators and internal clients through the revision process and project deliverables.
- Learn to use new tools and implement ways of working in order to always aim for high velocity and high volumes of assets to meet the needs of our fast-paced business. Your opinion and input will be required to continue to target this objective.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Bilingual (English and French).
- A college diploma or university degree in graphic design, highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in Figma is highly desired but not required.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design in an agency or corporate environment.
- The ability to create assets for digital and print (Static and GIF). Video editing or Motion design knowledge would be an asset.
- An excellent eye for detail, graphic to text balance, design consistency of assets across various platforms and respect for Brand Visual Identity.
- Comfortable with UX/UI web language, CMS platforms, paid social media, E-commerce and HTML platforms.
- The willingness to learn and initiate best practices with the mindset of always improving the customer experience through content.
- Highly collaborative and a team player, with a flexible and dynamic personality that thrives in a growing department.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work alongside other creatives (copywriting/translation) and build a strong relationship with Content Project Coordinators.
- Strong attention to detail, aiming to deliver quality content at all stages of a project, with an open mind to receive feedback and quickly adapt designs accordingly.
- Autonomous, able to work independently with minimal oversight in the creative process.
- The capacity to work on many projects at once with tight deadlines. Effective time management, deadline-oriented and multitasking skills.
