We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for design implementation on all external and internal Benefits Solutions projects for People Corporation Sales and Service teams. You will be responsible for the rapid creation of compelling visual assets across channels, from social media posts to email templates. You will also closely with the Enablement team, leadership, and sales/service teams, embracing feedback to iterate designs that align perfectly with campaign goals. You will streamline processes and create reusable templates to assist the team in being more operationally efficient and effective. The successful candidate will be well-organized, maintain a well-structured digital asset, and utilize project management tools to keep every task on track. In staying attuned to design trends, you will evolve your visuals to engage users effectively, contributing to the growth and visibility of People Corporation in the complex employee benefits landscape.
The Graphic Designer will:
- Execute complex, on-trend and on-brand design concepts, with the ability to influence others through powerful visual storytelling.
- Take initiative in directing design projects by initiating design project scope from start to finish.
- Provide innovative team and client-centric, and visual design recommendations.
- Collaborate with Corporate Design and Enablement team to align with ongoing projects.
- Fulfill projects from concept to completion (creative design, production, and output-ready files), which maintain brand consistency.
- Provide expertise and support on complex video projects for other business areas, including Corporate Marketing.
- Design digital, print media, and video projects for Benefits Solutions sales and services teams, including product promotions, training, and other as needed internal projects.
- Design promotional materials for events and workshops.
- Direct marketing design projects and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Anticipate and respond in a proactive manner to future design needs of internal and external clients that may not be obvious.
To be successful as a Graphic Designer with People Corporation, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Graphic Designer in a corporate environment, with a focus on print and digital design.
- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, or a related field is an asset.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Express, and MS Suite Applications (Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid proficiency with creating HubSpot email design and HubSpot landing page designs.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects with changing timelines and priorities.
- Highly adaptable to changing environments.
- Willingness to learn the skills necessary to support video editing for internal and external projects using Premiere Pro & After Effects.
- Strong abilities in illustration creation/editing for blog graphics, infographics, etc.
- Willingness to accept critical design feedback.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design and production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

- Previous experience in motion design.
