Job Description:

La French Perfumes, a luxury fragrance brand, is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining the visual identity of the brand across a variety of platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including print ads, brochures, social media content, website assets, email campaigns, and packaging design.
2. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop design concepts that align with brand aesthetics and strategic goals.
3. Ensure consistency in visual language across all brand touchpoints, maintaining La French Perfumes' luxury and elegant image.
4. Create digital content for social media platforms, ensuring designs are engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand.
5. Work on packaging design and labels that reflect the brand’s luxurious and refined identity.
6. Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
7. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
5. Experience with web design, social media content creation, and digital marketing.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including branding, digital media, and print materials.
8. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with video editing or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
2. Knowledge of 3D design for packaging or product visualization.
3. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online content management.
