Job Overview:

CE Global Partners, a leading payroll outsourcing specialist, is looking for a Global Payroll Manager to support clients in Europe and the Middle East.

Broad Scoped Global Payroll Manager Role Including:

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for global clients.
Ensure compliance with all payroll and tax laws.
Manage relationships with external outsourced payroll vendors, employees, and other benefit providers.
Ownership of system upgrades and implementations, including technology selection and best practices.
Client relationship management up to CHRO and HR Director.
Commission and bonus calculations.
Advise on technical payroll requirements, e.g., benefits and statutory payments.
Assist the Finance team with all payroll reporting requirements.
Work with the HR team to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
Ensure payroll governance and variance control are effectively managed.
