About this opportunity
We are seeking a Global Key Customer Account Manager, based in Canada, who will report to the VP Global Accounts, located in France. This role is responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth, leading the value-selling team effort, and delivering exceptional customer service.
As the Global Key Customer Account Manager, you will be the customer expert, deeply embedded in their organization, understanding their needs, and contributing to their success with Sandvik's support. You will assess Sandvik's position with the customer, identify opportunities, and develop a winning strategy and action plan for the account teams to proactively offer valuable solutions.
In this role, you will act as an ambassador of Sandvik, ensuring quality communication, managing and building customer relationships, engaging the internal Sandvik network, and fostering mutually beneficial business partnerships.
Frequent international travel will be required to engage with both local account teams and key customer contacts across multiple countries and continents.

Your initiative, drive, and determination to set targets, achieve goals, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction are key factors in the selection process. You can thrive in a matrix organization and are willing to travel as required.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential due to our international setting.
