Job Description:

We are looking for a Glass Technician to service our four Greater Victoria locations (Langford, Victoria, Saanichton, and Sidney) with the use of a van. The van can be conveniently parked at your home and cover travel to and from each location.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
2. Installs auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
3. Utilizes the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation service for Glass America customers.
4. Ensures required paperwork is completed and turned in to the appropriate person or location.
5. Maintains a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
6. May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
7. Load glass in the truck as needed.
8. Immediately follow up with the Glass Manager on any problems that arise in the installation of the glass.
