7. Native speaker or fluent in English
8. Previous experience in a B2B Sales/Consulting role might be beneficial

Key Objectives and Responsibilities

This is a fast-paced, business development role where you will work on several client projects at once. There is a clear focus on outcomes — leading to transferable skill development in project management, sales, negotiation, client relationship building, psychology and more. As a growing startup, our roles are always evolving and you will get to experience a steep learning curve.

1. Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate sales-ready leads for performance clients and book meetings for legacy clients you’re assigned to work with.
2. Proactive outreach and follow-ups to prospects via the phone or with customised videos
3. Qualify prospects through needs analysis, budget and purchase authority (BANT)
4. Logging interactions & documenting market feedback as well as insights in SalesOS
5. Manage and maintain the contact database by enriching data within the CRM (SalesOS)
6. Focus on outcomes to meet weekly and monthly activity & sales targets
7. Provide weekly updates and insights to CSM / team lead for the monthly strategy meetings
8. Building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
9. Provide customised recommendations & suggest an improvement for better results
10. Attending weekly GC meetings and daily huddles to sync with other team members
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest cold email outreach trends and implement best practices
12. Continuous improvements in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales results
