We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our Sales and Finance team at Go Auto. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of automotive industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth. As the General Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our dealership, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Development:
    • Inspire and lead a diverse team of sales, finance, and administrative professionals.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  2. Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee all variable aspects of dealership operations, including sales, finance, and administration.
    • Implement and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
  3. Customer Experience:
    • Uphold and enhance Go Auto's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Implement strategies to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships.
    • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive brand reputation in the community.
  4. Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales performance and customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Experience building and retaining high performing teams in the Automotive Industry will help you succeed in this role. Current experience as a GSM, or SM in a dealership is required.
