Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description:
As the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll bring energy and positivity to work every day, setting high standards for your team. You’ll lead with enthusiasm, delegating responsibilities effectively and maintaining a “can-do” mentality. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills are essential to handle staff and guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Your role will include building and guiding a successful team toward shared goals while optimizing profits through expert knowledge of P&L management. You'll be responsible for controlling food, beverage, and labor costs, forecasting and preparing work schedules, conducting staff meetings, and ensuring the smooth execution of all opening and closing procedures. The ideal candidate will foster a guest-focused culture while driving operational excellence.
