Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development: Cultivate a culture of excellence and hospitality by mentoring and inspiring the team. Foster an environment that supports growth, recognizes achievement, and promotes from within.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all restaurant operations with meticulous attention to detail. Ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness are met consistently.
• Financial Acumen: Demonstrate comprehensive financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role within a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven track record of operational efficiency, staff development, and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
