Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Houston Dix30 Brossard, located in Brossard, QC. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and maintain quality control. Responsibilities include staff management, financial oversight, inventory control, and implementation of marketing strategies. The General Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and providing a positive work environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in financial oversight, budgeting, and inventory control
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
• Ability to implement and manage marketing strategies
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred
