Role: General Manager
Location: Biggar, Saskatchewan

Stepping into this leadership role, you will bring a boots on the ground mentality, leveraging your experience in manufacturing management to drive efficiency and execution. Willing to get your hands dirty, you will ensure the company’s operation strategies and execution capabilities are fully aligned for success. Diving into all aspects of the operations, you will oversee and work closely with production, safety, maintenance, quality control, and other key departments to achieve company goals while maintaining the highest levels of efficiency and performance.

As General Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to streamline operations, introduce new efficiencies, and take AGI Envirotank to the next level. This fast-paced role demands a results-driven leader, strong decision-making skills, and the drive to tackle challenges head on.

As a General Manager you will bring:

1. Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-10 years manufacturing experience, including prior people management experience.
3. Proven track record of leading mid- to large-scale manufacturing operations.
