Position Type: Seasonal / Part-Time (Spring–Fall)

Job Summary:
Looking for an active outdoor job this summer? We’re hiring a Seasonal Marina Helper to assist with shop work, yard maintenance, and marina operations. This position is perfect for a student or young worker (age 16+) who enjoys working with their hands, being outdoors, and learning on the go in a supportive, team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist staff in the shop with light mechanical tasks and cleaning

Help with boat launching, loading, and storage

Clean equipment, tools, and work areas

Help with shrink wrapping and preparing boats for storage or pickup

Support customer service with friendly and helpful assistance

Follow all safety rules and marina procedures

Requirements:

Must be 16 years of age or older

Weekend availability is required

Must have reliable transportation to and from the marina

Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Physically able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform active labor tasks

Responsible, dependable, and able to follow directions

No experience necessary—training will be provided!

Wage:

Minimum wage, with potential increases based on experience and performance

Learn practical skills and gain hands-on experience
