We are looking for a General Labourer to support our 2025 Road Construction Season located in Calgary, Alberta. The General Labourer will assist the crews in road construction, especially with setup, cleanup, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Entry-level position, we are willing to train the right candidate - must be able to follow instructions, have a strong work ethic, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
• Maintains a valid Class 5 driver’s license or better.
• Own vehicle to get to and from job site.
• Willing to work out of town and in remote locations, as required.
• Willing to work overtime, as required.
• Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.
• Other duties as assigned.
