General Labor Positions Available

Join Our Team at Plasman Fort Payne Manufacturing!

• Position: General Laborer in the automotive industry.
• Role: Support production and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with assembly, packaging, and material handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Support team members in meeting production goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy materials.

Compensation:

• Starting wage: $16.58 per hour.
• Opportunity for advancement and/or a pay increase to $17.00 per hour after 3 months.
