Responsibilities

1. Load, unload and transport construction materials
2. Perform pre-operational inspection
3. Read blueprints to determine work requirements
4. Clean and lubricate cranes
5. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
6. Pave and rake asphalt
7. Clean and pile salvaged materials
8. Perform routine maintenance work
9. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
10. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
11. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
12. Direct traffic at or near construction sites
