General Carpenter

Our client is a high-end, custom home builder in Vancouver that specializes in designing, building and renovating luxury residential properties. They have been operating in the BC market for over 20 years. On behalf of our client, TEEMA is exclusively recruiting for a General Carpenter to join this exciting team of professionals!

Qualifications:

• 5 years in Carpentry experience in a residential/multifamily environment--both new construction and renovations
• Personal Safety Equipment (steel-toed boots, tools, etc.)
• Familiar with construction safety and first aid
• Knowledge and use of Imperial and Metric measurements
• Knowledge of business communication tools: texting & emails
• Ownership of a work truck or van

Carpenters must possess the following characteristics:

• Timely and reliable
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate staff and trades
• Good business sense; ethical values

What Our Client Offers:

• Full time, long-term stable employment
• Annual salary of $65,000-$70,000
• $6,000 per annum vehicle allowance
• Work/life balance. Regular working hours Monday through Friday 7:30 am through 4:00 pm
