Key Responsibilities
Manage AP/AR, vendor setup, invoicing, and EFT payments.
Process payroll, government funding, credit card transactions, and cash flow.
Perform reconciliations, financial reporting, and assist with audits.
Support junior staff, maintain financial records, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
