Availability and willingness to work: day and evening rotations including weekends and an on-call schedule. Sample rotations: day (8:00 am-5:00 pm), evening (2:00 pm – 11:00 pm), weekend (10:00 am – 11:00 pm).
Education: College diploma and/or university degree.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven understanding of PC applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Web browsers) required.
Ability to quickly learn information technology systems used to enable GMS business processes is an asset.
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines is desired.
Experience: Two or more years of previous scheduling experience or comparable industry experience is desired.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate monthly activity statements for EGI customers used for invoicing and verification of supply and transportation invoices.
Respond to inquiries from pipelines, suppliers, and customers.
Ensure any discrepancies are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers, agents, marketers, and interconnecting pipelines.
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to GMS Analysts, customers, and stakeholders.
