Position Overview

As a Gardener at Magna Golf Club, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of the club's gardens, landscapes, and grounds. Your attention to detail and love for horticulture will play a key role in keeping the environment welcoming, beautiful, and well-kept year-round.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain all outdoor areas, including flower beds, shrubs, and lawns.
2. Plant, prune, fertilize, and weed gardens.
3. Water plants, ensuring efficient irrigation practices are followed.
4. Assist in the design and implementation of seasonal landscape plans.
5. Mow and edge grass, trim hedges, and clear debris.
6. Maintain and care for gardening tools and equipment.
7. Monitor plant health and identify potential pest or disease issues.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required.
2. Basic knowledge of plants, trees, and flowers, with an ability to identify and care for them.
3. Ability to work with landscaping tools and equipment.
4. Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design.
5. Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
6. A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
7. Possess a valid driver’s license.
