All applicants must have a valid SIN and be able to work full time, 40 hours a week long term.
The pay rate for ONTARIO workers is $18.90/hour during training and $19.25/hour after training.
MUST SPEAK FRENCH FLUENTLY – THIS WILL BE TESTED.
You will be communicating with customers through inbound calls, identifying customer needs through active listening to answer questions, assist with troubleshooting, or make product recommendations based on the customer's needs. Take payment, explain charges, and help customers navigate self-serve.
All applicants must be fluent in both French and English, have a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least 6 months of customer service experience, and have your computer hard-wired to the internet.
You will work 8 to 9.5 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week. Your shifts will fall between the hours of 7am and midnight, Monday to Sunday EST.
