Responsibilities

Software Engineering:

1. Develop quick prototypes of user-facing AI products
2. Work with customers to understand requirements

Collaboration And Leadership

1. Work closely with industry-leading engineers and researchers
2. Foster a collaborative learning environment
3. Demonstrate a growth mindset and set high standards through personal example

Technical Expertise

1. Familiarity with LLM frameworks, prompting techniques, and finetuning
2. Experience with Knowledge Graphs and Vector Stores
3. Familiarity with OOP principles and best practices
4. Experience in Python
5. Experience with blockchains and/or web3 (bonus)
6. Experience using collaborative development best practices (Git, Kanban, code reviews)

Experience

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2. 2+ years of software engineering and AI experience
