In light of our rapidly expanding leadership programs, Trinity Western University GLOBAL invites applications for a full-time sessional faculty position beginning on or before August 1, 2025. TWU GLOBAL is the academic division in the University that provides leadership and support for emergent and innovative approaches to higher education. The ideal candidate must possess a terminal doctoral degree in Leadership or a related field, preferably with expertise in business and/or higher education. The successful candidate ideally has working experience in academic contexts in Canada and China to contribute management/administration expertise in the MA in Leadership (Mandarin) program and collaborate with the Leadership Faculty at TWU in both Langley and Richmond. The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Mandarin, have demonstrated experience teaching in an online environment and will be expected to teach in the TWU Master of Arts in Leadership programs (Mandarin) as well as develop a viable research program.
