UW Mississauga is growing at a tremendous rate and is now hiring an outgoing and motivated full-time Sales Assistant to join our expanding sales team. This is a full-time & in-person position.
In this entry-level role, our Sales Assistant will build key customer relationships, recognize upselling opportunities, generate referral transactions, close sales, and drive profit margins on behalf of our clients.
Full-Time Sales Assistant will:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a central point of contact to respond to prospects’ questions and inquiries
- Provide excellent consultative sales support and solutions to potential and existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities, make initial contact, and build rapport
- Develop new business and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment and create a referral pipeline
- Train, mentor, and supervise assigned associates
- Work closely with senior management to develop proper sales techniques, problem-solving skills, and conflict management techniques

Requirements:

- Must be willing to work in-person and commute daily to our Mississauga office
