UW Mississauga is growing at a tremendous rate and is now hiring an outgoing and motivated full-time Sales Assistant to join our expanding sales team. We need relentless, future-focused leaders looking for an opportunity to immerse themselves in a culture of growth, entrepreneurship, and professional development. This is a full-time & in-person position.

In this entry-level role, our Sales Assistant will build key customer relationships, recognize upselling opportunities, generate referral transactions, close sales, and drive profit margins on behalf of our clients.

Full-Time Sales Assistant will:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a central point of contact to respond to prospects’ questions and inquiries
  • Provide excellent consultative sales support and solutions to potential and existing customers
  • Identify new business opportunities, make initial contact, and build rapport
  • Develop new business and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment and create a referral pipeline
  • Train, mentor, and supervise assigned associates
  • Work closely with senior management to develop proper sales techniques, problem-solving skills, and conflict management techniques

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or a strong interest in jumpstarting your sales career
  • Educational background in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or communications is preferred
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle is preferred
  • Must be willing to work in-person and commute daily to our Mississauga office
