The Conlon Eye Institute is a leading medical and surgical ophthalmology center specializing in refractive laser surgery, cataract surgery, oculoplastics, and general eye care. Our state-of-the-art facility includes two certified operating theatres, ensuring the highest standards in patient care. We are located in the Medical Arts Building in Saskatoon, SK.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our refractive surgery team. Experience is valued, but we are committed to providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you thrive in this role. You’ll manage patient care across refractive cataract surgery, LASIK, PRK, and more, from consultations to post-operative follow-ups. You will also supervise diagnostic testing and collaborate with our team of ophthalmologists, technicians, and other optometrists.

Salary

$250,000 base salary per year plus bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for refractive surgeries, including consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Educate patients and optometrists on eye health and surgical options.
• Supervise diagnostic testing and ensure adherence to clinic standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Licensed Optometrist (OD)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
