What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of dental receptionist experience in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable with scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, and dental office procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, friendly demeanor. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, and we need someone who can put them at ease and ensure their experience is top-notch.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. In our busy office, you’ll juggle multiple tasks, from answering phones to coordinating appointments with precision.
- Proficiency in dental software and the ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
- A team player with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a positive attitude that will complement our office culture.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
