Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Century Stone Dental is a dynamic, growing practice where we believe in delivering exceptional care in a fun, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced dental receptionist to join our team.

We have 8 modern operatories and provide a wide range of dental services, including specialty procedures. No two days are ever the same here, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered practice.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of dental receptionist experience in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable with scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, and dental office procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, friendly demeanor. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, and we need someone who can put them at ease and ensure their experience is top-notch.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. In our busy office, you’ll juggle multiple tasks, from answering phones to coordinating appointments with precision.
  • Proficiency in dental software and the ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
  • A team player with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a positive attitude that will complement our office culture.
  • A Solution-Based Attitude: We want someone who’s not just a “doer” but a thinker. A person who anticipates problems before they arise and finds ways to resolve them efficiently. You’re someone who’s resourceful and never backs down from a challenge.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Scheduling patient appointments and managing the office calendar efficiently.
  • Greeting patients and ensuring a positive, professional experience.
  • Handling patient inquiries and billing assistance.
  • Answering calls and addressing questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintaining office organization and helping the team ensure everything runs smoothly.
