Your Role

As the Restaurant Floor Manager, you’ll:

1. Lead and inspire a team to deliver seamless service and unforgettable experiences.
2. Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and structure.
3. Address guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and quick resolution.
4. Monitor and enhance team performance, offering coaching and support where needed.
