As the Front Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will interact with customers and serve the best authentic Italian cuisine. One of the most popular spots in all of Lanarkshire, we serve in excess of 1500 guests every week.

What will my day to day look like?

  1. Assist the General Manager in running day-to-day office operations facilitating the delivery of our famous food & cocktails in a friendly & efficient manner whilst maintaining agreed standards.
  2. Fill in for the General Manager's administrative duties in their absence.
  3. Ensure all food safety, health and safety and internal audit standards are met.
  4. Engage the workforce through efficient scheduling, supporting development plans and recognising excellence.
  5. Complete and monitor daily administration through the existing management team.
  6. Deliver financial and stock controls within the restaurant and both bars budget.
  7. Assist in the planning & execution of social media campaigns, providing content where possible on shift, in real time.
  8. Liaise with our amazing, longstanding kitchen management team to deliver shared goals.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
