WHAT'S THE JOB?
The Front of House (FOH) Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Chef Manager and the Iron City Fishing Club Commissary Committee throughout the season to ensure compliance with dining hall standards and to effectively train the wait staff in their roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, guidance, and communication skills, particularly in engaging with a younger team. The wait staff primarily consists of teenagers, who are the children of the Iron City Fishing Club members.
This is a short-term contract between June-August, requiring the individual to remain at the lodge for the full duration. All travel, accommodations, meals, snacks and beverages are provided.

Work schedule and remuneration:
This is a Full Time Temporary Summer Resort Contract role. The Front of House Supervisor will remain at the lodge for the full duration of the contract between June 15 - August 22 (approx.). All travel, accommodations, meals, beverages and snacks are provided. You may be required to work nights, weekdays, weekends, and general holidays. Wages are paid on an hourly basis with a starting rate of $23.00 per hour.
