Front of House Manager- Nebraska Ale Works

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front of House Manager for Nebraska Ale Works to oversee all aspects of customer service and operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, manage the front of house staff, and maintain high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and train front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
2. Ensure smooth operations during service hours, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
3. Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
5. Monitor inventory levels for front of house supplies and place orders as needed.
6. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and accuracy of orders.
7. Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and alcohol serving laws.
8. Oversee scheduling and shift assignments for front of house staff.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
2. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
3. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
4. Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts.
5. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
6. Certification in safe food handling and responsible alcohol service is preferred.
7. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
