Front End Loader Operator

What You'll Get To Do:

1. Operate loader to transport materials efficiently and safely
2. Ability to feed crusher and wash plant
3. Daily servicing of equipment, fueling, greasing and pre/post operation inspections
4. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and plant work areas
5. Transport materials to and from storage and shop areas
6. Position may require weekend rotation
7. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures; assist with physical inspections of plant property/departments

What We Are Looking For:

1. Training and proven proficiency required (including use of loader scale)
2. Previous experience is an asset
3. Proven proficiency on multiple pieces of equipment is an asset
4. Desire to work cooperatively as part of a productive team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work safely, and independently without constant supervision
7. Capable of learning through on-the-job training
8. Able to work inside and outside in year-round weather conditions
9. In good physical condition, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, sit and stand for extended periods of time, kneel, climb ladders, and walk on varied terrain

Conditions of Employment:

1. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination.

Work Environment:

1. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
