Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain the front-end of web applications using React, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and TypeScript.
2. Collaborate with product, design and back-end developers to create seamless and visually stunning user interfaces.
3. Implement UI frameworks such as Shadcn and Radix.
4. Work with GraphQL to fetch and manage application data.
5. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
6. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
7. Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends.
9. Leverage AI for React component generation.

Experience/Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a front-end developer.
2. Strong knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a small team.
5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Or just dope experience).
6. Collaboration/prioritization experience.
7. Opinions about technology operations.
8. Excellent design sense and attention to detail.
9. Experience with UI frameworks such as Shadcn or Radix.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
11. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
12. Demonstrated experience and competency.
