We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and book appropriate appointments.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized filing system for office documents.
- Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents and typing correspondence.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to support office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Able to learn new booking software.
- Learning insurance software and handling cash.
