Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Duties

  1. Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Manage phone systems to answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages when necessary.
  3. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
  4. Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
  5. Utilize Google Suite for documentation, communication, and scheduling purposes.
  6. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written communications.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the client experience.
  8. Collaborate with medical office staff to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Qualifications

  1. Two years of experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.
  5. Familiarity with Google Suite applications is highly desirable.
  6. Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
  7. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $17.25-$19.00 per hour
