Job Title: Front Desk Administrator – Chiropractic/Healthcare Office

Location: 539 Memorial Dr Thunder Bay, ON

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

About Us:

At Cornerstone Clinic, we are dedicated to providing exceptional chiropractic care in a warm, welcoming environment. Our team is committed to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized treatments and compassionate service. We are looking for a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our patients and assist in keeping our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
  2. Answer phone calls and respond to emails, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments
  3. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
  4. Assist with insurance verifications, billing, and processing payments
  5. Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the office calendar efficiently
  6. Coordinate with the chiropractic team to ensure seamless patient flow
  7. Manage office supplies and maintain an organized front desk area
  8. Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
  9. Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients
  10. Cleaning and tidying the office to maintain a pristine environment

Qualifications:

  1. Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred (experience in a healthcare setting is a plus)
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  4. Knowledge of insurance billing, wsib, or chiropractic care is a plus
  5. Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and experience with practice management software (EHR systems) is a bonus
  6. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for helping others
  7. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
