About Us:

We are looking for a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our patients and assist in keeping our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with insurance verifications, billing, and processing payments
- Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the office calendar efficiently
- Coordinate with the chiropractic team to ensure seamless patient flow
- Manage office supplies and maintain an organized front desk area
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients
- Cleaning and tidying the office to maintain a pristine environment
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred (experience in a healthcare setting is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of insurance billing, wsib, or chiropractic care is a plus
- Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and experience with practice management software (EHR systems) is a bonus
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for helping others
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
