We are currently seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople looking for stability, professional growth, and rewarding work with a respected employer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications and material requirements.
2. Build and dismantle wood and metal forms for concrete slabs, walls, columns, and beams.
3. Install formwork systems using hand and power tools.
4. Ensure correct alignment, elevation, and dimensions of formwork.
5. Follow safety protocols and place safety barriers where required.
6. Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to meet deadlines.
7. Participate in general site clean-up and material handling as needed.

Qualifications

1. 1–5 years of hands-on experience in concrete formwork.
2. Familiarity with formwork systems such as Peri, Doka, or similar.
3. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and layouts.
4. Strong understanding of safety protocols and construction procedures.
5. Physically fit, with the ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
6. Certifications in Working at Heights and WHMIS are considered assets.
