Overview:
SAP Modernization Program (SAP MP), of the Cyber Security & Digital Solutions Department, is responsible for planning and delivering a portfolio of SAP related projects for its client organizations. The modernization of the SAP systems involves enabling significant business transformation within the client organizations, with a large focus on business process changes, implementing new SAP applications and migrating the SAP applications to the cloud. The Consultant selected via this SOW will work within the training team, taking English business process procedures and creating them in French using SAP Enable Now.

What you will be doing:
The French Instructional Designer Consultant is responsible for translating Business Process Procedures (BPP’s) into French simulations, using SAP Enable Now. They will work closely with the existing French instructional designers on the training team. Activities include the following:

• Run the English BPP through an embedded French translation tool with SAP Enable Now.
• Edit the French content, bubbles and text within the BPP’s.
• Prepping the slide decks with French screens.
• Translating the existing Reporting guides into French for Finance.
• Updates, uploads, and links to all the appropriate course material to be put on the sector websites.

What you must have:

• Minimum 2 years’ previous experience as a French Instructional Designer for training on projects.
• Strong organization skills.
• Strong language skills.
• Team player able to communicate effectively in diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills – listening, written and oral.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work.

Nice to have:

• Detail oriented – experience in fast paced projects.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
• A self-starter, flexible, can adapt to constant change.
• Must be able to work as a team member and work independently.
• Ability to function working remotely, participating in multiple MS Team meetings.
• Prior experience working with Government/Public Sector SAP projects.
