Job Responsibilities :

• Teach English to students in small online classes using interactive and engaging methods.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans based on student needs and proficiency levels.
• Provide constructive feedback and track student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Utilize online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, ClassIN, Google Classroom) and learning management systems to deliver lessons effectively.
• Incorporate digital teaching tools (interactive whiteboards, quizzes, shared documents, etc.) to enhance student engagement.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues that may arise during lessons to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Qualifications :

• Exceptional proficiency in English, with excellent communication and instructional skills.
• ABachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is required.
• Teaching experience in language education (online experience strongly preferred).
• Strong computer skills – ability to navigate online teaching platforms and troubleshoot basic tech issues.
• Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or other virtual meeting tools for teaching.
• Comfortable using learning management systems and digital teaching tools to create engaging lessons.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed in an online environment.
