THE WORK

1. Produce 10 to 15 pieces of content per week, focusing solely on content creation.
2. Develop, create, and edit engaging content (images, videos, and copy) for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
3. Experiment with AI tools to streamline content creation and incorporate innovative ideas.
4. Showcase exceptional photography skills to elevate the visual appeal of content.
5. Adapt content for different platforms, ensuring it aligns with each platform’s unique requirements.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall strategy and brand messaging.
7. Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize content performance.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
2. Portfolio showcasing previous work on social media campaigns, graphics, photography, and video editing.
3. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other graphic/video editing software.
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
5. Ability to incorporate humor and creativity while staying on-brand.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
7. Great photography skills, with an eye for composition and storytelling.
8. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Experience experimenting with AI tools is a plus.
10. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
