Founding Account Executive

We’re experiencing significant traction and are seeking a Founding Account Executive to help build out the function for scale.

You will

1. Become a product expert and help customers use Kick effectively; assist prospects through the trial and evaluation phase
2. Work with the CEO, Head of Growth and CX to define and build repeatable sales and partner playbooks
3. Track and optimize key metrics like conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline growth
4. Identify, cultivate, and deepen partnerships with key accounting, tax and financial firms
5. Be the voice of the customer and advocate with the Product team

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

1. Proven 3-5+ years track record of meeting & exceeding sales quota targets
2. SaaS and startup experience; you take ownership and are comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and flexible environment
3. Experience selling to a technical audience; bonus if you have previous experience working with or selling to accountants or finance
4. Extraordinary written and verbal communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills

Bonus if you have

1. A background being self-employed or understand the needs of individual business owners
2. Advanced technical qualifications or experience (e.g. CPA, EA, Tax LLM)

1. The OTE range for this role is CAD $180,000 - CAD $220,000
