SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATOR (Warehouse) – All Shifts

CGC Inc. is currently recruiting Supply Chain Operator/Forklift Driver (Warehouse) for our facility, based in Calgary, Alberta. Available shifts range: 5am-130pm, 1pm-930pm, 9pm-530am.

It's a permanent and full-time position, offering a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate their leadership ability and forklift driving expertise in a manufacturing operation within a large corporation.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor and Foreman, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting daily operations in various positions in the Supply Chain Department under the guidance of the Supply Chain Supervisor.
• Assisting with the loading/placement of all products from the rail cars, trucks and/or Joint Treatment Departments.
• Assisting in the implementation of CGC/USG Model Programs, Safety Rules, VWIs/JSAs and Standard Operating Procedures as required.

Qualifications:

• Able to work in a manufacturing setting in a safe manner and follow all plant safety rules and practices.
• Maintain a high standard for housekeeping within the work area.
• Computer skills for data entry and document management.
• Ability to read and complete documented inspection procedures.
• Follow instructions on printed work orders to complete assigned tasks.
• Good communication skills needed with all co-workers.
• Recognize unsafe conditions or hazards within the work area.
• Demonstrates the ability to cooperate with co-workers in areas of safety, quality, production/maintenance.
