Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00AM - 7:00PM rotating shift with every other weekend off
Compensation:
- $17.50/hr - $19.04/hr based on experience
- Skill based wage increase 3 months into employment

Responsibilities
- Operate all warehouse equipment required to transfer finished goods and other products to the appropriate areas, including forklift and clamp truck.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently following department standards.
- Move and transfer materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment.
- Support WMS functions related to inventory and load management (e.g., Pick list, PGI).
- Check the accuracy of the finished product count, product ID, order destination, and carrier ID before loading any vehicle and accurately complete all required paperwork.
- Perform all transfer of products and materials with a high degree of accuracy and accountability, following established standard processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety standards, Standard Work Instruction Sheet (SWIS), and company policies.
- Maintain work area in an organized, safe, and clean manner.
- Perform all duties with a focus on safety.
- Know the locations of and how to operate emergency stop buttons and fire extinguishers.
- Complete the forklift checklist which includes daily inspection of forklifts.
- Change the forklift propane tank as required.
- Understand that the job responsibilities in this job description are not all-inclusive; other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year recent forklift experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year sit-down experience required.
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
- Must obtain and maintain valid Pactiv Forklift and Safety Certifications during employment.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced Warehouse/Logistics environment.
- Prior use of RF barcode reader and vehicle mounted (VMU) computer systems preferred.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing (English required).
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Certification in Lockout/Tag Out and Forklift Operation will be required upon assignment.
Physical Requirements:
• Exposure to hot temperatures during the summer months and cold temperatures during the winter months.
• Some exposure to dust inside the warehouse.
• Exposure to machine noise is possible; ear protection is provided but not required.
• Ability to maintain single task focus and situational awareness.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Frequent: Sitting, kneeling/crawling/bending, stair climbing, carrying 0-40 lbs. for 5-10 feet, out-reaching, standing, walking.
• Occasional: Stoop/Squat, Ladder/Steps Climbing, Bend/Twist.
• Repetitive use of wrist, hands, fingers, shoulder, elbow, hip, ankles, head, neck.
