We are looking for a Forklift Operator for one of our potential clients located in Bolton, ON.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Crown Reach forklift to move materials within the warehouse or production area.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, skids, or vehicles using Crown Reach forklift.
• Perform routine maintenance on Crown Reach forklift, such as monitoring fluid levels and refueling gas, diesel, or electric power unit.
• Inspect Crown Reach forklift before each use to ensure it is in good working order.
• Follow safety regulations, including wearing protective clothing and using safety equipment as required.
• Communicate with supervisors and other personnel to report or resolve any problems affecting warehouse or production operations.
• Keep records of completed work, including location of materials and any issues that arise during the shift.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment.

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Crown Reach Forklift Operator.
• Minimum of 4 years experience operating a Crown Reach Forklift.
• Proficient in using hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations for operating a Crown Reach Forklift.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• PLEASE NOTE: THE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE 1 YEAR OF SHUNTING EXPERIENCE AS WELL.
