Foremen for Pitched roofs

Job Title: Roofer

Overview:
We are seeking skilled Foremen Roofers to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST have experience in pitched asphalt roofing and possess strong communication skills. Must have at least 7 years in actual Roofing and knowledge of all areas of pitched roofing. Excellent skills in working with metal.

Duties:

1. Re-roofs for residential and some new construction.
2. Perform caulking, flashing, and sealing as needed.
3. Help conduct inspections to identify roof damage and recommend appropriate solutions.
4. Utilize hand tools effectively to complete roofing projects.
5. Engage in heavy lifting as required to transport materials and equipment.
6. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Roofer.
2. Strong skills for roof installation and repair.
3. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights.
4. Familiarity with hand tools used in roofing projects.
5. Current Driver's license.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. Previous experience in carpentry or related fields.
2. TPO application.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
