Job Opening: Food Service Supervisor

2766408 Ontario Ltd O/A Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen has an immediate opening for two experienced Food Service Supervisors (NOC 62020) at our location in Windsor, Ontario.

Popeyes is an American multinational chain of fried chicken fast food restaurants, showcasing its New Orleans heritage with authentic spicy & mild fried chicken, chicken tenders, seafood, and signature sides.

As a Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020), your duties will include:

1. Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
2. Estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and managing daily inventory.
3. Establishing methods to meet work schedules.
4. Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as daily cash flow.
5. Training staff in job duties and safety procedures.
6. Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards and resolving customer concerns.
7. Being responsible for either opening or closing the store.
8. Participating in the selection of food service staff and assisting in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets.

Qualifications:

1. 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
2. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
3. Ability to multitask and effective time management skills.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (35-40 hours/week)
Compensation: $19.00/hour
