Requirements for Sushi Chef:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sushi Chef.
2. Proficient in sushi preparation, including nigiri, sashimi, rolls, and garnishes.
3. Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety standards.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
5. Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for Japanese cuisine.
6. Food Handler’s Certificate (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities for Sushi Chef:

1. Prepare and present sushi dishes with precision and artistry.
2. Ensure the highest quality and consistency in all sushi offerings.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sushi station.

Requirements for Kitchen Staff:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.
2. Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
4. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
5. Food Handler’s Certificate (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities for Kitchen Staff:

1. Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
3. Support the Sushi Chef and other kitchen staff as needed.
4. Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality.
5. Help with inventory management and stocking supplies.
