Other than Vancouver, we are also hiring for BC Interior (Armstrong, Merritt, Sicamous, Lake Country, Salmon Arm, and Fort Nelson). We can offer you Seasonal LMIA for BC Interior.

Role and Responsibility

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets.
  • Completing a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.

As a qualified candidate, you fulfill the following criteria:

  • Take the initiative to learn and execute the Tim Hortons standards.
  • Be available 24/7 for shifts as operations dictate.
  • Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and your team.
  • Have strong operational experience.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have a passion for coaching and mentoring.
  • Have a desire to gain experience to help you be successful in your career.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Additional pay:
