Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Setting: Restaurant

Tasks:

  1. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  2. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  3. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  4. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  5. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres

Supervision:

5-10 people
